• Academic Background: 3rd-year student or fresh graduate in Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or Data-related fields.
• Academic Excellence: Minimum GPA of 3.4/4.0.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in Excel (Power Query, DAX), SQL (DDL, DQL), and Power BI (Data Modeling).
• Analytical Mindset: High logical thinking capability with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Communication: Ability to present and articulate data insights clearly and professionally.

• Practical Experience: Proven track record of personal data projects or professional reports.
• Portfolio: Possession of a curated Dashboard portfolio or an active GitHub repository.
• Coding Skills: Familiarity with Python libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) is a significant advantage.
