Vibula is a leading social commerce company in Vietnam that specializes in MCN TikTok and TikTok Shop Partners (TSP). We support Sellers and Creators in operating and developing on TikTok and expanding to other social media platforms. We act as an intermediary between TikTokers and TikTok's management system. We will be responsible for managing, developing, and supporting channels on TikTok to grow with trend-driven, diverse content tailored to each field.
We also provide services to Sellers on TikTok Shop to help them manage content creation, live streaming, and video production. Additionally, we assist in managing implementation solutions and post-sales support for sellers.

WORKING TIME & LOCATION
- Time: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday, Saturday (09:00 - 15:00)
- Location: No. 25, Street 02, Him Lam Urban Area, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
JOB DESCRIPTION
What You'll Do
- Create key visuals, mood boards, and digital/social assets that align with campaign objectives and brand strategy.
- Execute visual design stages from concept to final delivery, including mock-ups and prototypes.
- Prepare production-ready assets, including image resizing, retouching, and basic video editing when needed.
- Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, develop creative concepts, and present pitching proposals to both internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate closely with Account, Content, and Creative teams to ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and ensure alignment with project briefs.
- Keep up with Livestream & E-commerce industry trends, new tools, and design innovations to continuously elevate creative output.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the E-commerce industry, or 1-2 years of experience in the same role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and drive to optimize.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across digital and social platforms.
- Ideally E-commerce/Retail experience or at least strong knowledge and understanding
- Strong expertise in Art Direction and 3D set design for digital content production (e.g., livestream, TikTok videos, campaign visual layout)
