1/ JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create and refine materials, textures, and shaders for 3D assets according to project requirements.
- Set up and optimize lighting setups for 3D scenes.
- Work closely with the Modeling, Lighting, Compositing, and Rendering teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in the production pipeline.
- Review render tests, evaluate results, and adjust to achieve the desired quality.
- Ensure all outputs meet both technical and aesthetic standards required by European / North American clients.
2/ REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 24 years in Look Development or Lighting.
- Software: 3Ds Max and V-Ray
- Strong understanding of PBR workflow, realistic lighting, and material principles.
- Familiarity with supporting software such as Photoshop or After Effects is a plus.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Must have a portfolio or demo reel that clearly demonstrates skill level.
- Good English communication skills for technical discussions and teamwork.
- VFX knowledge is an advantage
3/ WORKING CONDITION
- Flexible working style; able to support urgent tasks during Vietnamese holiday periods (New year, 30/41/5, 2/9, etc.) if production requires.
- Holiday work will always be compensated (OT bonus or day-off) according to company policy.
- Working hour: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday
