[100% Remote] Growth Marketer (Edu-Tech Company from Korea / up to 24M)

JOB TITLE

• Growth Marketer at Code States - IT Edu-tech company in Korea
• You will work remotely with team members in Korea HQ
• Open Positions : Senior(up to 24M) / Specialist(up to 18M)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• You will be responsible for recruiting AI/blockchain bootcamp students for Code States
• Performance marketing campaign planning, execution
• Content and creative creation utilizing AI tools
• Data performance analytics based marketing actions refinement
• You don&apost need to have Korean Language skill but you need to design it with AI translator

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• +1 Year of working experience in Online Marketing field
• Experience with a variety of marketing methodologies, including content, performance marketing, CRM, etc.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to create Korean-language creatives
• Understanding and experience with growth hacking ; Funnel, Conversion, Retention, CAC-LTV models, AB Testing, etc.
• Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Mid-journey, Claude, etc.
• High Interesting and understanding of education/career/tech content
• Who can start the work from 2025. 04. 14(Mon)

JOB PREFERENCES

• Experience running online ad campaigns in Meta/Google/ETC
• Experience analyzing user behavior with data tools such as SQL, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
• Familiarity with utilizing no-code tools (Figma, Webflow, Notion, Framer, etc.)
• Strong interest and understandingof Korean culture &how to use the Korean texts
• Comfortable working in small teams, executing quickly, and being accountable for delivering results

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work place : 100% Remote work
• Employment type : Service Contract Role
• Work date : Monday - Friday
• Working hour : 8 hours per days (10 am - 7 pm / GMT +9, KST)
• Lunch break : 13 pm - 14 pm (GMT +9, KST)
• Payment : Gross 14 24M VND / month
