• Have at least 5 years of experience related roles
• Proven experience with container technologies: Docker, Linux, Security, and Compliance within Containerization.
• Solid knowledge of GitOps principles and Strong understanding of the full deployment flow.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline tools such as: Tekton, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Clear understanding of how container registries integrate into and support the GitOps workflow.
• Experience managing OpenShift or Kubernetes platforms, including: Configuration management, RBAC, Networking, Backups, Secrets management, Image management, Certificates.
• Familiarity with Monitoring & Logging such as Sentry and EKL)
• Good at English communication skills (spoken & written)

• Incident Management
• - Perform firstlevel incident detection and triage.
• - Collect and analyze clusterrelated symptoms.
• - Validate whether platform issues are impacting applications.
• - Collect diagnostics such as events and logs.
• Access & Security Management
• - Manage applicationlevel RBAC within defined policies.
• - Troubleshoot issues related to secrets.
• Networking & Connectivity
• - Validate and troubleshoot applicationlevel network issues.
• Operational Support
• - Perform rollbacks and restores when required.
• - Provision new applications on the platform.
• - Troubleshoot podrelated issues.
• - Optimize and tune resources within namespaces.
• Namespace & Configuration Management
• - Create, manage, and maintain namespaces.
• - Perform ongoing namespace maintenance.
• - Define and configure resource quotas and limits.
