Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales Manager (Corporate) to drive business growth within the corporate segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing corporate accounts, generating new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships that contribute to the hotel's revenue and market share objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow corporate accounts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and account plans.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent client experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in hotel sales, business development, or hospitality sales management.
  • Relevant education certifications.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into business.
  • Experience managing corporate, government, leisure, and travel trade accounts.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, sales processes, and revenue management principles.
  • Strong networking skills to develop long-term business partnerships and customer loyalty.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management principle.
  • Good English speaking and writing proficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech savvy. Familiarity with hotel systems and operational reporting tools is an advantage.
