Workday Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HRIT Engineer to support and enhance our Workday environment. In this role, you will manage system configuration, maintenance, and improvements while partnering with HR and business teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Workday modules, including HCM, Recruitment, Performance, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Support system enhancements, integrations, reporting, and user access/security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues while providing user support and training.
• Develop HR reports and dashboards to support workforce planning and business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, system compliance, and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on HR technology projects and Workday upgrades.

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes, reporting, and security.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting multiple Workday modules is highly advantageous.
