Your Profile
- Define and lead the overall architecture strategy for enterprise-scale Windchill migration and transformation programs.
- Engage with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to assess current PLM landscapes and define target-state architectures.
- Lead migration assessments, data discovery, system analysis, and roadmap development activities.
- Design migration approaches for Parts, Documents, CAD Data, BOMs, Change Objects, Classifications, Lifecycle States, Users, Roles, and Product Structures.
- Define architecture standards, migration frameworks, data governance models, and best practices for PLM transformation initiatives.
- Architect scalable and secure migration solutions leveraging Windchill APIs, Windchill REST Services (WRS), Info*Engine, and enterprise integration technologies.
- Lead data mapping, transformation strategy, data cleansing, reconciliation, and validation processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, integration, and application teams to align migration architecture with enterprise standards.
- Conduct architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and technical governance meetings.
- Support upgrade, cloud migration, application modernization, and digital engineering initiatives involving Windchill PLM.
- Drive technical risk assessment, dependency management, cutover planning, and production migration strategies.
- Provide thought leadership and mentoring to project teams, technical leads, and developers.
Your Role
- Minimum 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years of experience in PTC Windchill PLM implementation, migration, or architecture roles.
- Strong expertise in enterprise PLM architecture, solution design, and large-scale Windchill transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of Windchill Data Model, WTPart, EPMDocument, Change Management, Product Structure Management, Lifecycle Management, Workflow, and Classification.
- Extensive experience designing and leading migration programs from legacy PLM systems, Teamcenter, ENOVIA, Agile PLM, and custom repositories to Windchill.
- Hands-on knowledge of Windchill APIs, Windchill REST Services (WRS), Info*Engine, Web Services, and Windchill customization frameworks.
- Strong experience in migration architecture, ETL frameworks, data quality management, reconciliation, and validation methodologies.
- Experience with Java/J2EE development, SQL, XML, JSON, and enterprise integration technologies.
- Expertise in PLM integrations with SAP, ERP systems, MES applications, and engineering tool ecosystems.
- Experience with CAD integrations including Creo, CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of cloud transformation, infrastructure architecture, security, performance optimization, and high-availability designs.
- Proven experience leading architecture reviews, solution governance, stakeholder management, and technical delivery oversight.
- Excellent communication, consulting, estimation, and client engagement skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments across global programs.
