Technical Support Engineer (PCBA Equipment)

We are seeking a dedicated, hands-on, and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team. If you are passionate about electronics, troubleshooting, and technical support, we welcome both experienced candidates and fresh graduates to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide onsite technical support and service for PCBA-related equipment and systems.

Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of PCBAs and electronics systems.

Support installation, maintenance, and routine servicing activities.

Carry out preventive maintenance and scheduled service tasks.

Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs independently and efficiently.

Collaborate effectively with team members and customers to resolve technical issues.

Be available for standby duties and support during urgent or unscheduled service requirements.

Requirements:

-Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent in: Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics / Electromechanical Engineering or related disciplines

-Knowledge & experience in installation, setup & commissioning of factory automation systems & equipment.

- Knowledge of PCBA equipment like ICT, AOI/SPI and AXI is an added advantage. Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

-Good command of English.

-Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
