Understand the engineering machinery markets in China, the USA, and Germany, particularly familiar with equipment from Sany, XCMG, CATERPILLAR, and LIBHERR.
Verify receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered.
Handle overseas shipments, prepare packing lists for the project team, and ensure correct quantities are received on-site.
Keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
Provide sales planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Interact closely with suppliers and engineers to resolve quality issues.
Willingness to travel overseas frequently to facilitate communication with clients.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company Management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
At least 4 years of relevant working experience in the equipment or construction industry.
Fluent in communication with clients from China, Russia, and local (Singapore) markets.
