Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Quickly learn and understand the existing UI framework, implementation details, and feature set.
Take ownership of feature development, quality improvements, and performance optimization in assigned product areas.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and fellow developers to understand user needs and deliver effective solutions.
Contribute to the design and development of responsive, accessible, and high-performing web interfaces.
Implement and automate end-to-end feature workflows using Python automation where required.
Ensure code quality by adhering to best practices and maintaining self-documented, modular code.
Participate in design discussions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance user experience.
Proactively take on additional technical responsibilities to support product evolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
10+ years of front-end web development experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/ES6, TypeScript, and React.
Experience with HTML5, CSS, and building responsive, cross-browser compatible interfaces.
Familiarity with RESTful API integration and micro front-end architecture.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with build tools such as Webpack and modern JavaScript modules (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with JavaScript testing frameworks like Karma, Jasmine, or Jest.
Knowledge of internationalization (i18n), localization (l10n), and security/identity-related areas.
Experience with CI/CD processes and Jenkins pipelines.

Nice to Have:

Experience with ExtJS framework.
Background in developing large-scale asynchronous web applications.
Strong understanding of web performance optimization and high-performing UI design.
Exposure to front-end automation using Python.
