Work you'll do

In Southeast Asia, a major economic zone with a population nearing 700 million, Japanese companies have recently shown an increasing eagerness to invest in order to capitalize on its growth. Despite its cohesion as a vast economic region, Southeast Asia is characterized by the diversity of its countries, each possessing unique attributes. This complexity directly contributes to the intricate business challenges faced by Japanese firms entering the market. Due to the region's booming market and unique challenges, there is a rising demand for consulting services to support clients mid-to-long-term strategies, and we are seeking individuals to help lead our strategy consulting business in Southeast Asia.

As Manager, you will demonstrate leadership in a mixed team of local and JCS members, managing projects while using personal strengths to support project and client development.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a consulting firm on the topics listed in the Work you'll do section
• Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities
• Experience in leading projects
• Native level Japanese and business level English or native level English and business level Japanese
• In-depth consulting experience in a specific industry (technology, consumer, manufacturing, etc.)
• Southeast Asia related consulting experience
