Work you'll do

In Southeast Asia, a major economic zone with a population nearing 700 million, Japanese financial institutions have recently shown an increasing eagerness to invest in order to capitalize on its growth. Despite its cohesion as a vast economic region, Southeast Asia is characterized by the diversity of its countries, each possessing unique attributes. This complexity directly contributes to the intricate business challenges faced by Japanese firms entering the market. Due to the region's booming market and unique challenges, there is a rising demand for consulting services to support clients mid-to-long-term strategies, and we are seeking individuals to help lead our strategy consulting business in Southeast Asia.

As Manager, you will demonstrate leadership in a mixed team of local and JCS members, managing projects while using personal strengths to support project and client development.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a consulting firm on the topics listed in the Work you'll do section
• Experience in a consulting firm with project experience serving clients in the financial industry (banking, securities, or insurance) as outlined above
• Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities
• Experience in leading projects
• Native level Japanese and business level English or native level English and business level Japanese
• In-depth consulting experience in a specific industry (technology, consumer, manufacturing, etc.)
• Southeast Asia related consulting experience

東南アジアは巨大な経済圏であるという緊密な繋がりがありながら、一つ一つの国が全く異なる性質を持つという多様性に富み、こうした複雑さはとりもなおさず東南アジアに進出する日本の金融機関のビジネス課題の複雑さ、困難さにつながっています。

応募要件:

• 「職務内容」で記載のテーマにおけるコンサルティングファームでの実務経験
• コンサルティングファーム経験者で、金融業界(銀行/証券/保険)をクライアントとした上記プロジェクト経験
• 提案活動を通じてプロジェクトの受注に貢献した実績
• プロジェクトのリード経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本能力かつビジネスレベル以上の英語能力、またはネイティブレベルの英語力かつビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力
• 東南アジア関連のコンサルティング経験
