Position Summary:
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving regional strategy formulation, enterprise transformation initiatives, and structured deployment of strategic priorities across the six Asia Pacific and Middle East & Africa (APMEA) geographies/countries (Geos). The six Geos include Japan, Korea & Taiwan, India & South Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia & New Zealand, and Middle East & Africa.
The role serves as the architect of mid to long-range growth strategy, portfolio prioritization, and cross-divisional strategic programs and initiatives. It ensures that enterprise priorities are translated into clear investment choices, transformation roadmaps, and execution blueprints. Working closely with the Geo VPGMs and their teams including commercial, marketing, finance, operations, and global business leaders, the role drives alignment, clarity, and disciplined deployment across geo markets.
This role requires strong strategic judgment, business development, enterprise thinking, financial acumen, and the ability to influence global and regional senior stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.
