We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong backend development experience in C#/.NET to help build scalable cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. You'll take ownership of features from design through deployment, contribute to technical design discussions, and work with modern engineering practices—including AI-assisted development tools—to deliver high-quality software in a collaborative environment. We're looking for engineers who combine technical excellence with creative problem-solving to build innovative solutions in a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable services and applications using C# and .NET
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on Microsoft Azure
- Contribute to front-end development using React where required.
- Apply clean architecture and design principles to build maintainable software.
- Be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, or similar) to improve code quality, speed up delivery, and reduce repetitive work
- Participate in design discussions, and sprint planning
- Write clean, well-tested, well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with independence
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (Core/Framework)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, DevOps pipelines, or similar)
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design and software design principles
- Experience writing unit/integration tests
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows
- Ability to work independently on well-scoped features and collaborate on larger initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with React or willingness to learn
- Practical experience using AI development tools to boost productivity
- Exposure to microservices, containerization, or event-driven architecture
- Understanding of RESTful API design and best practices
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development

- Take ownership of a service or module end-to-end, including its reliability and performance in Azure
