The group you'll be a part of
You will be part of the SEA Regional Operations team to lead and direct the day-to-day functions and operations of the LSP (local service provider) in charge of supplying labor resources to Lam SEA.
The impact you'll make
This incumbent will be responsible for planning, organizing and managing the activities related to LSP, including resource planning, job allocation, technical qualification, safety & workmanship.
What You'll Do
Optimize LSP resource allocation to meet Account Teams demands for manpower requestsParticipate in Weekly meeting with Account TeamsWork with GFO for loan labor requestEnsure timely entry permit process for global regions support related to LSPEnsure time entry compliance and achieve planned utilization, track weekly progress on transfer hours and analyze the gaps for improvement actionsLSP vendor management- Responsible for ensuring meeting quarterly performance scorecard
- Ensure EHS compliance and technical qualification and competency
- LSP Opex forecasting
- Responsible for accurate forecasting operations spending related to LSP vendor engagement during QxR cycles
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of project management
- Able to travel to local sites for up to 50% of the time
- Technical knowledge will be added advantage

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
