Role Description
The Senior Sales B2B will manage day-to-day sales activities, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. This on-site role is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
To explore the sales opportunities with corporates on O2O platform
To build and develop the targeted customers of Digibox (e.g Int'l education, CBUs-Complementary business users,...)
To attain the customer engagement with their shopping frequency
Identify and realize sales opportunities for Digibox in Vietnam and Cambodia
Increase Digibox awareness
Manage Digibox catchment area (On filed management)
Implementing sales strategies.
Supervise the salesforce/ Key account team
Maintain customer relationships.
Handle escalated customer complaints
Compile and present sales reports
Qualifications
Minimum 4-5 years of Telesales experience essential
Strong communications, Experiential sales activities on telemarketing platforms
Good communication (English is preferred)
Experience in catchment area management
Customer approaching skill on field
Team works and good collaboration
Results oriented
Passion for success
