About the Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving both talent acquisition and business growth initiatives. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing strong client partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities across various industries. This role requires a commercially minded professional who can balance recruitment delivery excellence with business development activities to expand our client portfolio and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including client briefing, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber professionals across multiple industries and functions.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence research to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Deliver consultative hiring advice and market updates to both clients and candidates.
Client Relationship Management
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients through exceptional service delivery.
- Act as a trusted recruitment advisor, understanding clients business objectives and workforce planning needs.
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss hiring strategies, market trends, and recruitment progress.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.
- Generate leads, conduct sales meetings, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, service agreements, and recruitment terms.
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Mentor and support junior consultants and recruitment coordinators.
- Share market insights, sourcing strategies, and best practices with the wider recruitment team.
- Contribute to process improvements and recruitment excellence initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in agency recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment assignments and achieving placement targets.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, client acquisition, or account management within the recruitment industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience recruiting within technology, fintech, digital, or professional services sectors is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and modern sourcing methodologies.
