About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for Responsive AI - the AI foundation powering intelligent experiences across the platform.

• AI Platform & Infrastructure - This role will work closely with ML engineers and data scientists to build and improve core AI capabilities across Responsive. Areas of focus include AI orchestration, retrieval and knowledge systems, agentic workflows, evaluation and monitoring, trust and governance, and AI-powered experiences.
• Systems thinking and technical depth - This is not a traditional feature-focused PM role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating in technical and ambiguous problem spaces, can think in systems and workflows, and can effectively partner with engineering teams to turn AI capabilities into scalable platform solutions.
• Customer and field engagement - The role also requires close partnership with field teams and direct engagement with customers, especially in situations where deeper analysis is needed on AI behavior, output quality, trust, and underlying reasoning.
• Team development and mentorship - In addition to driving product direction, this role will help mentor and grow a team of emerging AI PMs and product builders.

What You'll Own

• Define and evolve the roadmap for Responsive AI capabilities
• Drive product direction for:
• AI orchestration and agentic workflows
• Retrieval, knowledge systems, and AI infrastructure
• Evaluation, monitoring, trust, and governance capabilities
• Responsive Copilot (Ask), the primary AI orchestration experience across the platform
• Partner closely with ML engineers, data scientists, and other engineering teams
• Define success metrics and improve AI quality, reliability, and performance
• Balance experimentation, scalability, trust, latency, and cost considerations
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Leadership teams
• Mentor and grow emerging AI PMs and product builders

What We're Looking For

Required

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or platform products
• Experience working on AI/ML-powered products or platform capabilities
• Strong systems thinking and structured problem-solving ability
• Ability to work effectively with highly technical engineering and ML teams
• Strong product judgment and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ownership of outcomes, not just feature delivery

Strong Advantages

• Experience with RAG, AI orchestration, search/retrieval, or evaluation systems, Platform Integration, MCP Model Context Protocol
• Hands-on use of AI tools for research, prototyping, or product development
• Technical fluency with APIs, LLMs, vector databases, or AI infrastructure concepts
• Ability to prototype workflows or use AI-assisted coding tools independently
