Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, resignations, and employee movements.
- Support onboarding programs including orientation sessions, welcome tours, and engagement activities.
- Manage employee announcements and internal communications related to people changes.
Payroll & HR Operations:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain employee HR records in HRIS, including leave and OIL tracking.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor regulations and HR policies.
HR Systems & Data Management:
- Maintain and update employee handbook, HR policies, and process documentation.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Track employee assets such as laptops and company equipment.
Employee Engagement & Experience:
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal programs.
- Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
- Assist in organizing HR events and engagement activities.
HR Process Improvement & Projects:
- Participate in regional HR initiatives and transformation projects.
- Support process optimization and automation of HR workflows.
- Assist with HR budget tracking and administrative planning.
Compliance & Administration:
- Support employee visa, work permits, and regulatory documentation processes.
- Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Handle ad-hoc HR operations tasks as required.
