Job Description

We are partnering with a leading regional real estate and investment platform with a strong presence across Asia. The organisation manages a diversified portfolio spanning commercial, retail, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use assets, and is known for its collaborative culture, long-term growth strategy, and commitment to operational excellence. As part of its continued growth and transformation agenda, the company is seeking a Senior Manager, People & Culture (Centre of Excellence) to support regional HR operations, rewards, technology, and workforce planning initiatives. This role will lead the regional Rewards and HR Technology portfolio, supporting business operations across South Asia and associated joint ventures. The successful candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to drive HR operational excellence, governance, workforce analytics, and employee experience initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution in a regional environment.

Key Responsibilities
Rewards & Compensation
  • Lead regional compensation and benefits programmes including salary reviews, insurance renewals, vendor management, and employee communications
  • Ensure competitiveness, governance, and compliance of reward frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
  • Oversee payroll governance processes, controls, validations, and exception management in partnership with Finance and payroll providers
HR Operations & Governance
  • Standardise HR policies, procedures, and controls across regional business units and joint ventures
  • Support governance of mobility, secondment arrangements, and related administrative processes
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards and local regulatory requirements
HR Technology & Data Management
  • Act as regional lead for HRIS and People & Culture systems enhancements and optimisation
  • Partner with IT and stakeholders to drive system improvements, testing, deployment, and user adoption
  • Oversee workforce budgeting, forecasting, data integrity, and people analytics reporting
Employee Experience & Regional Programmes
  • Support regional employee engagement, onboarding, learning, and recognition initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness
  • Coordinate sustainability and corporate reporting involving HR-related metrics and disclosures
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports within the Centre of Excellence function
  • Serve as a key regional point of contact for HR operations, rewards, analytics, and technology-related initiatives
  • Support regional and cross-functional projects as required

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
  • 8–12 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within a regional or multinational environment
  • Strong experience in rewards / compensation & benefits, HR operations, HRIS, and workforce analytics
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance and IT
  • Strong analytical, governance, and project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within real estate, hospitality, financial services, or asset-intensive industries is advantageous
