We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated Senior Java Full-Stack Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience building scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and deployment of end-to-end features using Java/Spring Boot on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks (React / Angular / Vue) on the frontend. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-performing, secure, and resilient applications.
Responsibilities
- Architecture and Development: Design and maintain scalable, robust client-side and server-side architectures.
- Backend Services: Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and background jobs using Core Java (Java 11+ or 17+), Spring Boot, and Spring Data JPA / Hibernate.
- Frontend Interfaces: Develop responsive, modular, and cross-browser-compatible user interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js .
- Database Management: Design schema structures, optimize queries, and manage relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- CI/CD and Cloud: Package applications using Docker/Kubernetes and manage deployment pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, readable code and implement unit/integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and frontend testing suites (Jest/Cypress).
- Code Reviews and Mentorship: Conduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and guide junior developers on best practices.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives) to estimate tasks and deliver sprint deliverables.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience working on full-stack Java projects.
Backend
- Deep understanding of Java 11+ or Java 17+ concepts (OOP, Concurrency, Streams API).
- Production experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data).
- Strong expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Frontend
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3/SASS.
- 3+ years of experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js and state management libraries (Redux, RxJS, Pinia).
Databases
- Strong SQL skills with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
- Experience with ORMs like Hibernate / JPA.
Tools And Practices
- Version control using Git / GitHub / GitLab.
- Build tools like Maven or Gradle.
- Unit testing frameworks (JUnit 5 Mockito).
Nice-to-Have (Preferred) Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with message brokers (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Hands-on knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
- Knowledge of web security best practices (OWASP, OAuth2 JWT).
