Position: Engineer / Senior Engineer - Firmware

Reports to: Technical Lead – Firmware

Location: Bangalore- Onsite Mindteck Office

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days max

Type: Full Time

Exp – 3-10 Years

Required Skills – Embedded C, C++, RTOS & QNX.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and enhance embedded firmware for real-time systems.

- Develop and maintain firmware modules, drivers, and system components.

- Optimize software performance, memory utilization, and system reliability.

- Debug complex firmware issues and support product verification.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.

- Contribute to software architecture, coding standards, and technical improvements.

We're Looking For

- 3–10 years of embedded firmware development experience.

- Strong programming skills in Embedded C and C++.

- Hands-on experience with RTOS, preferably QNX.

- Good understanding of Linux-based embedded development.

- Experience with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, and Ethernet.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- BE/B.Tech in ECE, EEE, or a related discipline.

- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Bangalore (if based outside the city).

- Final interview will be conducted face-to-face in Bangalore.
