Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced SQL expertise with strong proficiency in writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Proven ability to solve business problems through data-driven analysis and business case studies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Good to have skill - Python
• Solid understanding of A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical analysis.
• Experience in metric definition, selection, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Strong root cause analysis (RCA) skills to identify key business drivers and recommend solutions.

Expectations:

• Drive deep analytical investigations to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and experiments with statistical rigor.
• Define and track meaningful business metrics and KPIs.
• Perform root cause analysis to diagnose business trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
