Job Description

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with game publishers and payment partners
• Expand adoption of the company's proprietary payment gateway across SEA markets
• Identify and onboard new regional payment channels to optimise user coverage
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and operations
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape strategy
• Drive commercial negotiations and partnership agreements with key accounts
• Contribute to brand positioning within the gaming payments ecosystem

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience in business development within payments, gaming, or e-commerce
• Strong track record in partnership development and external stakeholder management
• Experience working with cross-border payment solutions or digital monetisation
• Proven commercial acumen with strong negotiation and deal structuring skills
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, regional environment
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy
