Reporting to the Director, you will lead and execute the development and coordination of fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship, and donor communications to increase philanthropic support for SGH. The job holder will identify opportunities; develop and execute stakeholder engagement and programmes to build and deliver philanthropic support for SGH. The position will oversee the broad spectrum of fundraising and stewardship initiatives including leadership gifts and regular giving programmes, and budget management and reporting.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 yrs of experience in Healthcare/Higher Education/Not for Profit fundraising with an ability to achieve monthly activity targets as a key metric of performance. Candidates with appropriate business development/ consultative sales experience may also be considered.
- A successful track record in cultivating and soliciting major gifts including demonstrated success in identifying and growing a network of donors would have a definite advantage.
- Experience in representing institutions/ organisations at all levels - with high-net-worth individuals, foundations, corporate institutions.
- Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders
