Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with 8+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable RPA solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism.
- Develop reusable automation components and frameworks.
- Integrate RPA solutions with ERP, CRM, Web, Desktop, and legacy applications.
- Perform bot monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Create technical design documents, process definition documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD).
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with RPA governance, security, and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in RPA development.
- Strong experience in UiPath (preferred) / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism.
- Experience with Orchestrator, REFramework, attended and unattended bots.
- Hands-on experience in API integration, OCR, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process mapping.
- Experience with SQL, REST APIs, and scripting (PowerShell, VB.Net, C#).
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is an advantage.
