Retail Executive

Job Description:

• Indoor retail sales & promotion of both aquarium & pets products
• Increasing overall retail sales volume through providing excellence customer service and assistant to walk in customers
• Handle sales enquiries, customers complaints and feedback
• Handling of retail farm tour group and ensuring that tour services meet set expectations
• To oversee the daily operations and retail shop as well as cafe
• Providing outdoor maintenance service to our customers
• Maintenance of in-house display fish tanks
• In-charge of e-commerce platforms
• Cashiering duties
• Monthly stock take
• Products Merchandising
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Diploma in retail management or sales & marketing
• 1- 2 years of retail experiences preferred
• Class 3 license preferred

Working hours/days:

• 6 days work week
• 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Off day scheduled on weekdays
