Job Description & Requirements:
We are looking for a fun, motivated, and driven team player to join our retail team in Singapore. As a Full-Time Retail & Community Executive, you are the primary face of OSN and the architect of our offline brand experience. Reporting to the Retail & Community Manager, you don't just run a store - you cultivate a home for our community and play a key role in growing The Bluhaus Club, our loyalty and rewards programme for our true blue customers.
This role offers a unique hybrid workflow, splitting your time between our vibrant retail spaces and our HQ office to ensure you stay connected to both our customers and our strategic operations.

Responsibilities included:
a/ Retail & Operations:
- Execute and oversee day to day operations, including opening/closing, inventory management, replenishments, customer service, cashiering, and visual merchandising
- Assist in setting up and rolling out new stores locally and overseas
- Achieve sales targets and report on product and sales performance
- Ensure excellent in-store customer service and experience
- Contribute to internal meetings to optimise store operations, improve workflow and productivity
b/ Customer Service:
- Handle daily customer queries with prompt and appropriate solutions and escalating concerns to relevant departments/teams
- Contribute to internal meetings to improve the integration of online/offline sales
- Ensure a seamless experience between online and offline channels, processing store credit refunds and handling queries with prompt solutions
c/ Community & Loyalty (The Bluhaus Club)
- Execute in-store community events or campaigns, such as VIP launch events, partnership events, workshops and more, to deepen member connection to the brand
- Proactively ideate and propose in-store community activations to deepen The Bluhaus Club experience
- Collaborate with the community and marketing team to brainstorm Gift With Purchase (GWP) concepts and loyalty rewards that resonate with our members
- Actively recruit new members into the Bluhaus Club, guiding them through the Explorer, Enthusiast, and Connoisseur tiers
Skills & Requirements:-
- Minimum I year working experience in retail (Fashion or F&B a bonus) or a customer-facing role
- Honest, hardworking, responsible, pro-active and a strong team player
- Strong command of English is necessary to ensure excellent customer service and to maintain consistent brand storytelling during in-store community events.
- Must be able to commit 44 hours a week, including one day each weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
