Job Description

Our Client is specialize in diagnostic reagents and instruments for the clinical laboratory ( Hematology diagnostic & Blood Test Equipment - IVD). Our Client is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their dynamic healthcare equipment team in join their international team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative hematology / IVD equipment and oversees approx. 10 countries with and without Country Manager including China . Your job would be to visit our country managers and distributors in a regular frequency and manage the overall sales goals, accomplishments and strategies for the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews preparing and completing action plans productivity, quality, and customer-service standards resolving problems completing audits identifying trends determining regional sales system improvements implementing change.

  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota per market in support of objectives.

  • Define and implement regional sales plans, prepare presentations, reports price quotations and support contract negotiations.

  • Maintain and expand customer base by counseling Country Manager and analyze potential business partners building and maintaining rapport with key customers identifying new market opportunities.

  • Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities surveying consumer needs and trends tracking competitors.

  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

  • Report to HQ about regional competitive activities and overall market place.

  • Educate sales teams from our distribution partners with presentations, seminars and regular meetings on sales techniques and product knowledge

  • Monitor sales and revenue performance and initiates corrective measures when necessary

  • Conduct visits to laboratories and hospitals and carry out product presentation for new customers

  • Manage a team in our office in Singapore and country managers in different countries


What we're looking for

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. life sciences, business, engineering) and minimum 5 years experience in a similar Regional Sales role within the background in clinical laboratory ( Hematology and Blood Test IVD Equipment) is a MUST

  • Proven track record of successfully selling complex, high-value medical equipment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities

  • Familiarity with hematology equipment and the healthcare market in the Kampong Ubi Central Region

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven to achieve results

  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis - approx. 60 % within regional to meet clients is a MUST

  • Working location at Ubi Area
