Regional Product Manager

We are partnering with a growing pharmaceutical company to appoint a Regional Product Manager responsible for driving product strategy, commercialization, and portfolio growth across Asia Pacific markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional brand and product strategies.
• Identify new product opportunities through market analysis and commercial assessments.
• Lead product launch planning and lifecycle management activities.
• Drive marketing initiatives, competitive intelligence, and business forecasting.
• Collaborate with Medical, Commercial, and external partners to achieve business objectives.
• Build relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders across the region.
• Deliver product training to distributors and sales teams.
• Monitor business performance and recommend growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical product management or marketing experience.
• Proven track record in product launches and brand management.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across multiple APAC markets is preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
