About Our Client
A globally recognized multinational organization (Manufacturing) with a strong international supply chain network and regional operations across Asia Pacific.
As part of its continued investment in Customs and Trade Operations capabilities, the organization is seeking a Customs professional to support regional customs operations, compliance activities, reporting initiatives, and process improvement projects across multiple APAC markets.
Job Description
- Support customs operations and compliance activities across multiple APAC markets
- Review and validate import and export documentation to ensure compliance with customs regulations and company requirement
- Support customs duty reviews, trade compliance assessments, and operational queries
- Prepare KPI reports, operational statistics, dashboards, and performance analysis
- Monitor service provider performance and support stakeholder reviews
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders, business units, and logistics partners to support operational excellence
- Support customs audits, compliance assessments, and documentation requirements
- Maintain process documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and operational guidelines
- Participate in digitalization, automation, and process improvement initiatives
- Assist in issue resolution, escalation management, and operational performance tracking
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Customs Operations & Compliance (Executive) should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with up to 3 years of experience within Customs, Trade Compliance, Import & Export, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related functions are welcome
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- * Exposure to SAP, reporting, customs operations, trade compliance, or process improvement initiatives would be advantageous
