Demonstrate leadership to guide the overall project requirements in initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and closure
Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making
Support end-to-end marketing campaign execution, including alignment with the marketing team, coordination with designers for asset preparation, and campaign setup.
Collaborate closely with Finance Operations to investigate and resolve refund matters, reconciliation discrepancies, and operational gaps.
Develop a strong understanding of the business and product offerings to effectively respond to escalated customer support queries related to products and campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets/Excel).
Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate across multiple teams.
Proactive, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of marketing or sales operations is a plus.
