Project Executive

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Assist in the end-to-end planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of facilities-related projects
• .Monitor and track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
• .Coordinate seamlessly with contractors, external consultants, and internal stakeholders on day-to-day project activities
• .Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed progress reports and meeting minutes
• .Track project budgets carefully and proactively flag any cost variances to management
• .Ensure all project activities adhere strictly to established safety standards and regulatory requirements

• ngAt least 2–3 years of relevant experience in facilities project management, specifically focusing on Additions & Alterations (A&A), fit-outs, and upgrading work

• ).Good knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and government regulation
