Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Manage the operations and stability of platform environments according to established best practices.
Drive incidents to resolution during scheduled upgrades and tasks.
Assist management with assigned projects and incident investigation resolutions.
Identify continuous process and procedural improvements.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage platform, SaaS, and component solutions with a focus on operational excellence.
Work with relational database systems like MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, and Oracle RAC.
Support multi-platform operating system environments (Windows and Linux) and help administer LDAP systems.
Familiarize with ITIL standards, technologies (e.g., ServiceNow), and leverage scripting languages like Python, Perl, and Powershell.
