Job Description

  • Manage and maintain a regional product portfolio, ensuring accuracy of product data, specifications, and documentation
  • Support product lifecycle activities including new launches, upgrades, and phase-in / phase-out planning
  • Coordinate closely with commercial teams to evaluate and prioritise new product requests
  • Work with R&D and manufacturing teams to support product development initiatives
  • Develop and update product labels in line with branding and regulatory requirements
  • Support SKU creation and extensions for new and existing products
  • Contribute to cross-functional product and marketing projects across the region

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or product marketing
  • Exposure to chemicals, lubricants, additives, base oils, or related industrial products
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional and regional stakeholders
  • Proactive, structured, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
