Patient Service Officer / Clinic Administrator Healthcare Operations HDC

Key Responsibilities

• Register and assist patients during their clinic visits
• Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently
• Guide patients through self-registration procedures
• Handle general enquiries and provide frontline customer support
• Manage incoming phone calls and appointment requests
• Perform basic cashiering and administrative duties
• Support daily clinic operations and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any discipline
• Able to commit for at least 3 months
• Keen interest in the healthcare industry and patient service
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to commence work within a short notice period
• Prior experience is not required as structured training will be provided
