Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement
- Manage procurement of machinery, tools and equipment for the JTC factory lease extension
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality
2. Implementation of Operational Application
- Coordinate with external IT vendors in the development and implementation of a mobile/web-based operational app for our fire protection system maintenance business
- Support process automation initiatives, gathering operational requirements, coordinating project timelines and ensuring the successful rollout of digital workflows
3. Cost Control
- Review and approve all purchases to ensure compliance with budget and company policies.
- Monitor and manage overall cost control and drive cost efficiency across company operations.
4. Insurance & Licensing Administration
- Oversee the administration of company insurance policies, including:
✅ Workmen compensation
✅ Public liability
✅ Contractors all-risk insurance
✅ Foreign workers medical claims - Handle BCA yearly licensing renewals and ensure proper documentation of project track records and Certificates of Completion.
5. Banking and Finance
- Manage and reconcile the Managing Director's monthly investment portfolio, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Conduct cash flow analysis and reconcile banking and loan statements.
- Monitor equity markets and provide timely price alerts to the Managing Director.
- Advise on interest rate trends and foreign currency exchange rate movements to support informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently
