Assist with the development and execution of Operational Risk Policy and Guidelines in accordance with regulatory requirements for areas like Operational Risk Incidents, New Product Assessments (NPA), Business Continuity Management, Outsourcing, Risk & Control Self-Assessments and Key Risk Indicators
Assist Team Lead in formulating Group's Risk Appetite framework and presenting respective operational risk reports to senior management
Partner with stakeholders and provide Operational Risk advisory across all products and services
Conduct Operational Risk Stress Testing in accordance with MAS 637 requirements
Manage regulator, external/internal auditors reviews and queries
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with 8+ years of relevant hands on experience in operational risk in a Financial Institution.
Familiar with related MAS regulations such as Guidelines on Risk Management Practices, Guideline on Business Continuity Management, Guideline on Outsourcing and other relevant guidance
Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details
Experience in dealing with regulators, external and internal auditors
