Principal Power Platform Architect (L400 Expert)
Location: Singapore (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking a Principal Power Platform Architect (L400 Expert) to lead enterprise-wide Power Platform architecture, governance, and solution delivery. This is the highest individual contributor level within the organisation's Power Platform practice, combining strategic leadership, enterprise architecture, hands-on development, and executive stakeholder engagement.
You will serve as the technical authority across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Azure integrations, driving platform adoption, governance, and digital transformation initiatives at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own enterprise-wide Power Platform architecture, standards, governance, and roadmap.
- Design and deliver complex solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse.
- Establish integration patterns with Azure services including Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Event Grid, and Key Vault.
- Drive Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE), ALM frameworks, DLP policies, licensing strategy, and platform security governance.
- Lead architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technical governance across multiple teams.
- Develop advanced solutions using PCF, Code Apps, React, TypeScript, and Azure-native services.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and capability development for Power Platform practitioners across the organisation.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define digital transformation strategies and Power Platform investments.
- Act as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for enterprise-wide Power Platform initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience.
- Minimum 3–4 years operating in a Principal Architect, Lead Architect, or equivalent enterprise-level role.
- Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, mission-critical Power Platform solutions.
- Deep expertise across Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Code Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.
- Strong experience with Azure integration, enterprise architecture, governance, security, ALM, and CoE implementation.
- Hands-on experience with PCF development, React, TypeScript, and modern code-first application development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
