What We Are Looking For

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive multi-channel marketing plan—including online, offline, PR, and database management—to meet KPIs.
  • Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize campaign effectiveness to drive measurable results.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Lead the Buyers programme and other event-related initiatives to attract quality visitors.
  • Efficiently manage timelines and coordinate multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Support the sales team to drive space sales, sponsorship opportunities, and digital revenue initiatives.

Requirements

  • Holds a tertiary qualification with 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Demonstrates expertise in event marketing or multi-channel marketing (including digital and database management).
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills for managing external partners and internal collaboration across different geographic regions.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments by effectively multitasking and managing priorities.
  • Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.
