Manager, Healthcare Performance & Innovation Office (HPIO)

Reporting to the Head of HPIO, you will be responsible for driving and supporting continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to improve the quality of care, patient safety, productivity and experience of both patients and employees in SACH and community care.

Responsibilities

• :Support SACH leadership in developing, planning and implementing continuous improvement and innovation programme
• sDevelop, conduct and customize training and hands-on application programmes in Lean Thinking, Human Factors Analysis & Classification System methodologie
• sIntroduce Ensure Safer System (ESS) Framework to SAC
• HSupport St. Andrew's Senior Care Centres/ Active Ageing Centre Quality Assurance Committee and relevant improvement wor
• kMonitor SACH Performance Dashboard and drive improvemen
• tLead the efforts of implementing the Data-driven Decision-Making System (DDDMS) in SAC
• HFacilitate review of Serious Reportable Events (SREs) and ensure prompt submission to MO
• HOrganize the annual St. Andrew's Quality Day with St. Andrew's Nursing Home
• sCollaborate with external organizations for quality improvement efforts, such as organizing Quality Conferences and cross-institutional improvement project

• ltAt least 5 years of relevant work experience in healthca
