Job Responsibilities:
Provide legal advise to internal stakeholders on various matters, including but not limited to contracts, corporate organization and structuring, compliance, banking and finance, construction, employment and dispute resolution, highlighting associated risks and pertinent commercial considerations
Draft, review and negotiate contracts and term sheets within the construction/energy industry
Conduct legal research on various matters as necessary to support business and operations
Ensure compliance with the Company's policies and regulatory requirements
Assist with the drafting of corporate secretarial documents, policies, guidelines, legal templates and other legal documents to promote best practices
Collaborate with commercial, operations, finance, projects and management teams to facilitate business objectives while mitigating legal exposure
