Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement learning and development programmes that enhance employee capabilities and support long-term organisational growth
  • Identify training needs across teams through performance reviews, feedback sessions, and comprehensive skills gap analysis
  • Develop engaging training materials, workshop guides, and learning resources tailored to different roles and experience levels
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, structured onboarding programmes, and professional development initiatives end-to-end
  • Manage training schedules, learning resources, and external facilitators to ensure smooth and consistently effective programme delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through participant assessments, feedback forms, and post-training performance data
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to ensure all learning initiatives are fully aligned with organisational goals and workforce needs
  • Stay updated on adult learning principles, digital learning trends, and industry best practices to keep all programmes innovative and impactful

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and trying new approaches
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply - training will be provided
