Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Growth:
- Manage and grow key brand accounts across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned brands.
- Ensure account-level revenue and NMV growth targets are achieved.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze key e-commerce metrics including NMV, ROI, ROAS, conversion rates, and traffic performance.
- Identify performance gaps and implement optimization strategies.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop annual growth plans, activation calendars, and campaign strategies.
- Design and implement promotional strategies and growth levers for assigned brands.
- Align brand strategies with marketplace opportunities and consumer trends.
Operations & Execution:
- Manage stock levels to ensure smooth daily, weekly, and monthly operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product content, store optimization, and campaign execution.
- Ensure smooth execution of e-commerce store operations across platforms.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (content, operations, marketing, and tech).
- Collaborate with Intrepid leadership to drive account retention and expansion.
- Coordinate with external brand stakeholders and marketplace partners.
