Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals across Singapore and Malaysia

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy

  • Oversee the full HR lifecycle including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee engagement

  • Partner closely with business leaders, regional HR, and global functions to drive alignment and business outcomes

  • Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent pipeline initiatives

  • Lead employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent handling of issues

  • Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change, transformation, and continuous improvement


Requirements:

  • Degree in Business / HR

  • At least 10 years of experience in HR

  • Manufacturing/Logistics experience will be a plus

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management
