Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners across the firm to deliver banking, sales& trading, and asset management capabilities to clients globally. In addition to enabling business flow, Operations plays a critical role in risk management and control-protecting the firm's assets and reputation.
Asset Servicing is a Global Markets Operations function responsible for managing voluntary income and corporate actions across equity and fixed income products. Core activities span event creation, reconciliation, instruction management, entitlement processing, and client service delivery. The function operates in a complex, high-risk environment requiring strong control discipline, market expertise, and operational excellence.
YOUR IMPACT
As a Executive Director within Asset Servicing, you will oversee a regional team while partnering closely with global stakeholders to deliver a scalable, well-controlled, and client-focused operating model.
You will play a key role in driving performance across the corporate actions lifecycle-balancing day-to-day execution with strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance client outcomes.
This role offers broad exposure to global markets, complex event types, and senior stakeholders across Operations, Trading, Engineering, and Client Coverage.
