Role Purpose
Represent and protect the organization's ownership interests in strategic investments and affiliated entities through effective governance, stakeholder engagement, performance oversight, risk management, and value optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the organization in governance forums, boards, committees, and stakeholder engagements.
- Monitor investment performance against strategic objectives, business plans, and agreed targets.
- Oversee governance, risk management, assurance, and compliance activities.
- Influence strategic, commercial, operational, and investment decisions to protect and enhance shareholder value.
- Support negotiations, business planning, and major investment decisions.
- Coordinate with partners, investors, regulators, and other stakeholders on strategic matters.
- Provide oversight of development projects and operating assets to ensure delivery of business objectives.
- Support sustainability, carbon management, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and maintain effective relationships with senior executives, government entities, industry bodies, and strategic partners.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in corporate strategy, investment management, commercial management, business development, project management, governance, or portfolio management.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, boards, executive leadership teams, and external partners.
- Strong understanding of business planning, financial analysis, risk management, and governance frameworks.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and influencing without direct authority.
- Knowledge of large-scale capital projects, commercial agreements, and investment decision-making processes.
- Experience in sustainability, energy transition, or carbon management initiatives is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse stakeholder groups.
