Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of the complete development lifecycle of software features, ensuring seamless integration between user interfaces and backend systems. The role requires actively contributing to the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance client services. The engineer collaborates with various teams to adopt new technologies and methodologies, focusing on delivering high-quality, scalable applications within an agile environment. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, fostering a cloud-first mindset to address complex business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Node.js, Angular.
• Strong understanding of both frontend and backend development processes, including API design and integration.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and services to build scalable and resilient applications.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
