We are representing a leading private specialist clinic group in Singapore seeking an experienced Finance leader to oversee end-to-end financial operations and drive strong financial governance, compliance, and business support functions. This is a key leadership role within a dynamic and growing healthcare environment, offering the opportunity to partner closely with senior management to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead the Finance function, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, audit, and internal controls. You will provide strategic financial guidance to senior management while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will also play a key role in driving process improvements, strengthening financial governance, and supporting business growth initiatives, including system enhancements and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Finance team, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives
• Oversee full spectrum of finance operations including statutory and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, fixed assets, inventories, AP and AR
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Review financial statements and management reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Lead annual statutory audit process, including preparation of audit schedules, reports, and coordination with auditors
• Maintain strong internal controls and regularly review and update financial policies and procedures
• Manage taxation matters including GST submissions, withholding tax, corporate income tax review, and IRAS queries
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, controls, and financial reporting quality
• Support senior management with financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic decision-making
• Lead or support finance-related projects including system implementation and process transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/ISCA/CA qualification
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory reporting
